My vote is for the Red, or the new FP Green

Go T3, virtually same price and if you wanna upgrade down the road swap out turbos instead of having to do it all over. T3 is better investment for the long stretch IMO

That's apples to oranges. The red is a stock frame turbo, it will spool right up. The 6262 will take a while to spool, like full boost after 5k rpm.

Go T3 if you want monster power, red if you never want to go over 500whp-ish.

T3 all the way...

Red is a great turbo for people who dont want a lot of lag, but power-per-psi there is no comparison.

Yes, Reds can make power but you have to boost them very high...

Lets say at 25psi, 30 and 35psi how much power can each turbo make on a same motor, when you compare a Red with one of the billet T3 turbos.....

Its all about on what you want to use your car for...

What do you consider fast spool? 3500rpm? 4500rpm? 5500rpm?
What do you consider good power? 400awhp? 500awhp? 600awhp? 700awhp?
Are you on the stock block?
How high do you rev or want to rev?

Ask yourself those questions and i am pretty sire you will come up with the proper kit for you.

Most of the T3 kits in the market currently i think can fit large radiators.
Engine management? not necessarily... Personally i have it...

i want something that will spool up like the red and make 400whp-450whp on 93-pump gas but still have room for a little more power.

i'm on stock block and dont want to rev really high to make power.

i was going to just get the red but since there very close in price maybe i will get a t3 kit

i dont know anything about the t3 kits so any advice will be very helpful

If you want fast spool T3 go Twin Scroll 35r varient. The red will out spool it but no doubt but 35r's are better pump gas turbos then the red. Red really shines on high octane and bigger boost.

35r also shines on big boost and high octane but will make your power goals on 93 no sweat and the big time power is there when you want it. Plus there are always urbo and wheel upgrades available

Side note: 30r's will spool even faster maybe close to a RED even but IMO these stock replacements have pretty much kicked the 30r turbos out of the EVO market

You can run a twin scroll housing on pretty much any of the 35r varient turbos out there Precision or Garrett.

HTA refers to a upgrade comp wheel that FP released and puts in their turbos
