The best we can wait for is two separate people that have close to the same mods and do it that way. Unless all of the manufactures get together and send a manifold to someone to be tested.

I always thought Bryan @ GST (razorlab) would be a good candidate to run a test like this. He seems pretty unbiased especially when it comes to AMS vs Buschur vs DI.

I'd paypal GST $100 to perform the test. And I think other members would chip in a bit here and there to cover the expense of running the test.

Would AMS be willing to send their intake to GST?

What makes everyone think that because one intake manifold will out perform another on "X" setup, that the results will be the same on "Y" setup?

one asked to see the VSR intake test, that intake has been tested many many times.... why take the time to test it again.

all of the intakes are proven to make power... they all make power

I highly doubt you will see AMS test these intakes, they simply dont have the time..

Sharkbite should be the donor car!!

His car has the goodies on it to see what gains they would make

the AMS f1 intake looks good though, especially in wrinkle black

We are up for a test but tests like these are hard to perform and keep all things equal. We would perform a test but being that we produce one of the manfiolds in the test I would think most would consider us biased.

We are up for testing so long as we have some input / information on how exactly the tests are being conducted.

I am confident our new F1-I can top just about anything on the market. The question is who is qualified and has enough time to invest a TON of time into manifold testing.

if both companies would be willing to donate a manifold to the test we have a perfect car that would be of fair results to both parties. This time of year in NC now the weather doesnt change like the time

I think this test should be done on an evo that is making over 500whp and has the proper upgrades to fully take advantage of and "warrant" an aftermarket IM.

Donate? Why not just borrow one? Get it back after the testing is done...

V5 or go home! A v5 with a short route UICP didn't lose any spool. I gained 50hp just from the manifold I'm also still on stock tb.

Then I'll buy the V5 for a discounted price I think Force-Fed would be a good candidate to do the test and there would be no biased opinions.

I asked you guys already if you wanted to have a head to head test vs the Magnus and I was told no

I already have the Magnus V5 - I would cover the labor and dyno time - Evans Tuning would do the test (Jeff Evans is completely unbiased) and I would pay full price for the manifold that works best on my car - all others would be sent back.

So DI, AMS, Wilson, etc - who's game?

I can "donate/lend" a ported stock IM for a "baseline" so to speak if need be, just let me know.

Our guys would be more than glad to do this.

We have the PERFECT setup already on a car

I personally would love to do a same day back to back test on the V5, F1, DI and Wilson, buschur
