Missing?

Ok well i have an 2005 evo mr. I was going down the road the other day and it started missing at low rpms, then after driving a bit it stopped. The next day i went out and got new NGK spark plugs, on my way down to get them all of a sudden it started spuddering throughout the rpms. I put the new plugs in at the store trying to fix it no luck. so i drove it home doing like 20mph in 5th gear cause it caused it to lean out. Today when i woke up i started it up to work on it some more and it ran fine cold. so took it down the road to and once it warmed up it did it again. When your driving it and picking up it will all of a sudden pull like it fine and the go back to missing again, it will just flutuate from fine for a sec to missing and so on. Any body have any idea. BTW their is no maf sensor as it is running on autotronic ecu

If the car has over 60K I'd suspect plug wires.
