Damn I'm glad I read this before upgrading to a twin disc, I always thought that it would be more than capable of racing with, guess I won't be upgrading for a while lol. But I have probably launched my ACT street disc like 30 times and put like 15k on it and I have absolutely no problems with it. But after a few consecutive runs it gets hot and I have to wait like an hour before it feels right again.

Does it make any unusual sounds? I've heard the twin rattles a bit, does it sound different, or less of a rattle? If it's less, it could be a warped disc (less space to rattle around), if it sounds exactly the same, it could just be your clutch fluid/cylinder.
I put roughly 300-500 miles on the clutch before I did any hard driving. I didn't even try launching the car till it had about 2000 miles on it. The clutch has been perfectly fine till I went to the track on thursday. My mods are in my sig. I'm on 20 lbs of boost. I'm basically stock. I personally think it's rediculous that I'm having problems with the discs this early on. I paid twice the price of a normal clutch and I'm getting half the results. My friend had a full bolt on EVO 8 with 20g turbo setup and ran the ACT 2900. Launched it NUMEROUS times and drove the car like he stole it for a long time. He never had any problems with his clutch.

The clutch does not make any unusual sounds. It barks a little when it's cold but that's normal. The shop adjusted the clutch pedal all the way out and bled the clutch several times. It's still funny trying to put it in 4th while sitting still. Even with the pedal adjusted all the way out, it engages right off the floor. I'm almost certain the discs are warped. I haven't had the clutch pulled out for inspection yet because I'm still not sure what I'm gonna do witht he car.

Just bust it open and check the clutch,, That's the only way you will know for sure.

I'm most likely gonna have my mechanic take the clutch out tomm or tuesday. Afterwards it will be up for sale. I'm not sure how much I should ask for it though if the discs are, in fact, bad. What could I get for it?

Well I don't know what happened to mine but I can assure you I didn't abuse my car. I didn't even want to drive it hard for a while after I had it installed. Who knows, maybe I had a faulty clutch. We'll see after I get it taken out.
