I am posting from the side of the road. Spirited driving and when I went to 3rd the clutch pedal did not come back up and stuck to the floor. I was able to pull the clutch pedal up, but now I can't push it down. The car is able to go through all the gears and I don't think it is the transmission. Was wondering what might have messed

 

Sounds like a throw out bearing is stuck, did u hear any noise when it got stuck?

throw out retaining clip. You could try to pull the slave cylinder off and and reattach it. You could get lucky who knows, more than likely tho you will be dropping the tranny.

 

Tiger the very samething happened to me. It was my clutch in the end.

 

Slave cylinder sh*t the bed??

 

What clutch? Most likely the TOB clip...

 

Mine did that today, just pushed it back in by pulling off the slave cylinder.
