Evo IX Intake cam torque spec?

Hey guys. I am getting ready to install a new set of cams this weekend and I am missing one piece of information. Does anyone know the torque spec for the intake cam gear bolt? Is it the same as the exhaust cam gear or is the mivec cam gear different? Thanks

Sorry to bring this back from the dead, but does anyone know the 14mm allen cover bolt torque too??

Also, it's 48Lbft for the intake 14mm cam gear bolt and 65~7 lb ft. for the exhaust cam gear bolt

16~3 lb ft for the rear sensor bolt.

Please correct me if I am wrong as I'm doing a set of cams today.

Thanks guys.

When i did mine two months ago I torqued the cam bolts to the specs you referenced, but for the allen bolt I just put in on 16-18 ftlbs. Its main purpose is to keep oil inside the MIVEC mechanism and bears no load if i am not mistaken. i have checked under my timing belt cover several times for oil leaks from valve cover or mivec allen bolt and no leaks. I also installed new bolt and washer too.
