What FMIC Should I Buy!
No I just know they have one off the Evil R widebody build-up and they said they would send it for testing if Dave would split the freight...Since this is one of the "high $$$" jdm "super cores" I thought testing it would be instructive as to how much $$$'s can be saved by staying USDM
brilliant!!! oooh wide body eh.... >D btw... i'd love to see this happen... a test of buschur vs. arc... i'd LOVE to see this happen, i need my brain to stop wondering and tossing all day when i walk to class.

I will pay the freight back to who ever sends me one for testing, that would be splitting the freight I guess
Send it.

I thought you were suppose to buy a FMIC to match which bigger turbo you go with because a aftermarket FMIC might be overkill for your stock turbo and you might possibly lose more power/torque?

I don't feel there is a need to match the FMIC to your turbo unless you turbo is excessively large or the intercooler is compared to the turbo.
We did some dyno testing on or FMIC kits and even with the stock turbo made gains everywhere in the power curve and 15 whp at the top.
The car is now at 385 whp on straight 94 octane.

Back on topic, there was another upstart company that started with an "M" that had an interestingly large bar and plate intercooler for $850 a month or so ago... anyone remember? It seemed well built... I just never heard if anyone broke down and tried one.
