Ive been doing that for 3-4 years
255 With GT35... 1000cc injectors ...no issues
Will upgrade later, but dont need to
Oh yeah built bottom end....right now I got the Buschur stage 3 head and Magnus V5 intake so I am looking for a fuel setup... something other than the double pumper

search some of mellon's older threads
he had pushed a 255 walbro to the edge and added a kenne bell boost-a-pump to get some extra voltage out of the pump
you could also read up on modding a walbro pump for better flow (ultimately relinquishing your warranty on it)
it has been done but 500hp is where the walbro draws out the white flag and is at it's wits end

with 1000cc injectors and a single walbro on 93 octane you're looking at 500awhp safely, much beyond that and the fuel map is going to start looking funky where you're compensating for inadequate fuel pressure.
with 1000cc injectors and a single walbro on e85 you're looking at 400awhp safely, same issue here much beyond that.

Gasoline uses about 30% less fuel to make the same HP as ethanol. If you're using gasoline, 500HP is very near the upper limit, with all other issues optimized. If you're going E85, you'll need to reduce that by 30%, as the volume of fuel needed for E85 is 30% greater than the volume for gasoline at the same HP levels...
Either way, having adequate fuel is critical to your continued fun. Not enough fuel = lean mixture = BOOM. Then you walk home and get your bike...
