Problem: Evo 8 - Welded rear diff.

LOL, It would make a good drift car right about now.. but no I need to fix this. I hate the way it feels on the drivetrain. I dont want it to end up breaking something else. The problem wasnt there when I first got the car. I got the car in october of 09.. this problem started last sunday 6/20/10 and I pretty much havent driven it since cause I dont want to make it worse.
