Clevite are technically better quality, but ACL's work fine. Especially if you will be below the 6-700hp mark.

Do you have any proof or material showing this? If this is true, why do most people use ACL?

I would like to know since ACL's are on backorder. It would allow MAP to get started on my build faster.

Most people use ACL because the difference (imo) is less than noticeable. And the ACL's are cheaper.

You would be a-okay with either one.

lol...ive used acl's on countless builds..a couple of which were beyond the 800whp level...they are a great bearing...that being said, ive also used clevite bearings with great results...in my experience i dont really think one is better then the other...

EDIT...fwiw they are very close in pricing as well

Yeah, there's really not a noticeable difference in the two besides price and availability.
