I've heard good things about RCs and PTE . I personally run the PTE 1000cc's on my car and no issues as of yet

Again, I strongly recommend avoiding any pintle type injector with E85. There is no good reason to use them when other types fare better.
Ted, are you saying RC's are pintle type injectors?? Its been so long since I installed mine that I forget which type they are.

I don't know for certain, I don't use them. Something tells me they may be, so you'll want to investigate that for yourself. E85 or no E85, I avoid pintle type injectors anyway. Ball types are faster and less prone to fouling.

Been using RC for a few months, and strictly running E-85. My car is daily driven, and I haven't had any problems thus far.

Sorry about this guys, you'd think I'd have figured out the difference between the 1-9 and the X forum by now. lol

We are looking at high impedance options for your 8/9 guys, though. Hopefully we'll have something out soon.

I recently installed some rc1000s. Very impressed with idle quality on gas. Cant tell them from the ID1000s they replaced. If I remember correctly the tip had five or six small holes.

Sounds like it may be a disc type. Also faster and less prone to fouling than pintle types.
