Is there proof of this somewhere on EvoM?

Very true haha. I'm hoping to get some money back by selling my current setup...Fp Red, single walboro, 780cc injectors, etc..

yes, u can search for it. Walbro pump rated at around 650 hp. So 550whp are no problems.

The 1050s will work just fine for 500-550 on pump. However, with a built motor and Black you can easily be 625+ and the 1050s won't get you there...

If you stick to pump+meth the 1050s will work just fine. Also depends on how far you push your car and what size meth jet you are using.

If you go E85 then you will need to run a double pump and at a min or 1250s but honestly I would go to the 1450s. I have the 1450s and the driveability is like stock and will allow me to make 700hp.

Single pump will support 550+ on pump and so will the 780s w/meth. I did 540hp on stock block on 29psi with my Red on my 780s with a 1000cc meth injector. You can get away with 780s if you want to. It really is up to you at this point!

Too many decisions haha I'm on a really conservative tune right now with the meth and FP Red. I'm scared to death I'll blow it up because I couldn't fund an engine build right now. Not much where I live can beat me as is right now either. I just want a high 10 second daily driver. I'll hardly ever bring it to the track, but I go on cruises all the time for some rips down the highway.. I'm starting to think if a 2.1l is even worth it or if I should stick to the 2.0l build. My goal is definitely 500-550whp with an FP Black.

I also want to do this on pump gas by the way. There's no E85 around here and I'm not a huge fan of meth....it's too inconsistent for me...So maybe built 2.0, FP Black, and 1050cc injectors?

if u mostly rips down the highway , u would better start thinking about 3586 turbo, less boost and more power. Best of both world. BTW, it's dual ball bearing for fast spool

I thought about that alot, but its sooo much more expensive....The Black is a cheaper alternative and I was hoping a built head and more aggressive cams would help me out in that department

im in the same situation as you. i can go with the black and have a blast. than once i get bored with it i can upgrade to an actual kit. its something to look foward too is how i look at it.

PTE 1000's inline 044 or A1000 (havent decided yet) on a black.

Having too many options is frustrating haha I'm going to have the car forever and I like how my FP Red feels so I think I'm going to go with the FP Black for now...unless I find an awesome deal on a hta3586R between now and then. I know the 35R is a far better turbo, but I've got nothing but time...
