FP BLack users question?
BLKCarbon is actually a pretty well respected forum participant here and has a very good relationship with one of the best performance shop/tuners on evom. He was one of the first to go long rod high compression on a 2.4 and I think he is one of the first evo's running English Racing spec'd GSC cams.
You criticism of him is a little misguided.

op just look at my build. if you know me i throw cash around all the time. what i want i get period the black will exceed your goals period. chances are it will want more then you can handle. You need to get a 2.3 or 2.4 to take advantage of the displacment and enhance that spool just look at the current fp black 2.4 builds going on and look at some graphs once we are done. You will change your i need a 35r talk quick. the 35r and above have there place but as mikey has said if you are on the street or road coursing or autox the faster spool along with massive power comes in handy

Back to a question
My current plans are to get an FP black or red, FIC 1450s, and a dual pumper.
I want to keep it around ~450wtq/~500whp on E85.
I currently have a walbro 255. Do I really need a double pumper for this goal?
