trouble going in gear

I have had my evo for several months without issue, but this morning I tried to put it into reverse and it made a slight grinding sound. Then when I tried to put it in first it was really stiff. I drove it for a bit and noticed it is only a problem when I'm NOT moving. If the car is rolling even a little, its smooth as the day I bought it.
I have not changed any aspect of the car, Never tracked it. Its my DD so I pretty much baby it with small spots of spirited drivning in between. So I'm kinda at a loss of thoughts.

I have checked: Clutch fluid level, trans cables,

I'm having the same problem. The trans is going down tomorrow. My clutch isn't slipping at all. I think its a bent clutch fork! I will update as my problems get resolved.

sweet, thanks for the input. The clutch doesn't slip at all. And it still engages at about the same level which is a ways above the floor. Thats why I don't think its so much the clutch.

Try adjusting your clutch pedal. There is an adjustment on the clutch master. Your clutch may be dragging.

no slipping at all. just grinds in reverse...but if the car is rolling back a little bit reverse is smooth...and putting it into first is really hard...
