hence why im saying i dont see the point in putting a black in a regular housing to almost garantee surging

why why why i prefer not to have to deal with surging. If you have the heat shield on you can barely tell anyways. even if you dont have the heat sheild on hard to tell if you dont know what your looking for

to the untrained eye with a heat sheild on, to a non evo guy couldnt tell the differance anyways. any type of stock frame is going to give you a kinda sleeper effect. but i do agree about it being the ultimate sleeper turbo.
