You have to face the fact that if you want something from FP, either be one of the first 10 or so to buy the ones they have made at the time they release a new product, or just wait it out until they are in stock.

I imagine the FP RED, which was once a 3 month wait, can now be over-nighted to you. About the time you guys start seeing your FP Black is about the time anybody else will be able to call up and get one sent out that day.
Red's are on backorder as well.

I don't really see the problem. I mean yeah it sucks its such a long wait but look how many of you are waiting. Obviously demand is high and since FP is the only one that makes them and they can only make so many so fast what do you expect?

Seems to me FP will start loosing customers based on the long wait time. And being as the demand is high they should be buying their parts in bigger orders, which will save them money and they could turn around and lower the msrp which will then allow more people to get them. Then everyone is happy.

Maybe its not supplies maybe its the amount of time to build one. And why would they lower their price when people are paying what they are asking. Based on supply and demand they could raise the price lol.

Yes but it wouldnt make sense to raise the price as more people would start turning to t3.

Depends on how much they raised it, and some people like the stock appearance and spool characteristics.

That is because it now includes the 250.00 dollar oil line kit.

That oil line use to be $150.

If the red is back ordered too, it must be a part that is used in both that is held up then.

Although, I'm surprised there aren't a bunch of FP Reds sitting on the shelf at various distributors now that it's been replaced by it's bigger brother. Seems like that is what usually happens with their products. HUGE initial rush to get their stuff. Big wait time and then about the time they get the turbos flowing well with short turn around time, they release a new turbo.

I'm not saying anything bad about them, just seems to be the way I've seen their turbos sell.

I was lucky enough to grab this, so I can't complain any more, No more waiting.

Thanks DynoDude !

Theres a black with 1500 miles for sale in the private section for 1550.00, I almost bought that since it was a steal, and then was planning on sending it to FP for an inspection, just throwing it out there if anyone was thinking the same thing, It was available yesterday not sure if it still is been up for a few days now I m surprised with the wait time no one hasnt jumped on it and originally he had it higher but lowered his price.
