I'm guessing you mean wastegate actuator?

 

Could you be more specific? Are you refering to an aftermarket WGA such as the FP actuator or the Forged Racing units, or an external/remote WG?

 

i have no idea...lol kinda stupid but, someone on craigslist is selling a 44mm tial wastegate... what are the perks for upgrading it.

 

Those external gates are for other turbo's other than "stock frame", unless you have the MAP system. External WG give more flow and more precise control over boost to an extent. You can also upgrade your internal gate if you want to push more boost on a stock frame turbo.

 

To the OP: No! An External gate is not worth it on a stock turbo/stock exhaust manifold setup. Just forget about it and go back to thinking about other possible power mods.
