Maybe call them and ask them? Should the twins not be here any day now?

Full-race just doesnt know. Borg warner is the hold up and isnt giving out much info. None of the dealers have them.

At this point I share some views... a answer good or bad is better than this sub zero info situation. What I can tell is that Full-Race has been trying and they have given me good service on the sale of their own brand.

on a lighter note... look at this.

I think those oilless turbos actually have to be "repacked" with grease after a certain amount of time or heat cycles.

Could be really cool for a dedicated drag car where you want to low mount it below the oil pan level...

so who has a built twinscroll t4 setup that wants to test a 1.05 8374? my motor is a little behind so when i get my turbo, i would lend it out to a reputable shop/person to do testing with. we need some results! i dont know exactly when, but i am very early on the order list so i should have it soon. pm me if interested.

Ordered my 9180 start of november last year. Bit annoyed at the lack of updates as well. Wish I had of just saved my cash until they were commonly available. At this rate, I have doubt that there is actually a 'preference' list to which date people ordered (at least at the wholesale distribution level, whats to say my source doesn't get turbos until all full-race's orders are filled, etc). I'll be stabbing people if its months after others are receiving their 9180's that I receive mine. I dont think there would have been THAT many orders before mine.

Anyway, little frustrated, but trying to hold in there. A complete failure of a launch, but what can ya do.

What percent? like 1.5% from a 6 month cd?

Cuz if you look at the stockmarket, all its dont is fall this week....so stock wise, good chance you would loose some money, lol.

Just sayin, I am waiting for a 7670 as well, full-race has my money, but if they didnt, then i wouldnt be on some list to get one.

I am sure that BW is loosing money taking so long to get this product to the market. There is not doubt about, its May already, drag season and race season is already underway. People that were looking at these back in Feb for this coming race season have moved on to other turbo's or kept what they already have.

I for one am glad they are taking a while to get to the market, (stuck over seas, I want to be the first to have a build together, lol)

Its also good that they didnt just throw out a faulty product.
I remember it saying a few pages back that the reason for the delay was due to the company casting the ex manis casted them outside of BW tolerance. Which i respect their decision and commend their top notch product to (us) the customer!

I still want to see theses babies in action though!

It's a new product release. Companies almost never get stuff out on schedule any more, is it really that surprising?

When it comes to technology, I've realized it's FAR BETTER to be slightly behind the cutting edge, not on it. Computers or turbochargers, it's bloody on the cutting edge...

It is what it is... just wait patiently... this industry is filled with customers who want instant gratification and results in a field that is FAR from that. I get really tired of hearing people comlpain and act like its the end of the world.

A) if you can't afford it... you shouldn't have bought it
B) if you couldn't wait... why did you buy a part that hadn't been released yet?

Not saying I don't feel for the people who pre-ordered, but you need to sanity check your OWN actions before trying to defame F-R or BW for decisions you made. I think BW and FR handled this very well given the circumstances.

No info is frustrating regardless of who it is or what the reason. A little communication goes a really long way.
