My last setup was 12.5:1 on a 2.3L. This setup is 2.1L is only 10.5:1. The dyno room temp was 107 degrees. I am using the 1.45 AR housing. I was not measuring back pressure so couldn't tell you. The turbo speed was 107-108K RPMs. You can see the video of the turbo data on Full-Race's FB page from dyno day.
I'll get the upper radiator hose part number for you guys.
EFR9174 Small runners uncorrected dyno numbers
These are great results no doubt, but I thought the spool was a bit slow too. Given Black E's results mainly with his 2.0 4b11. I realize he has dual mivec and you don't but the difference is huge. About 1000 rpm difference to hit 400lbs/ft even against his 9180.
His 8374 vs 9180 (both IWG 0.92a/r housings):
And here's a uvambo's car with 2.4 4g63 and single mivec for comparison. With efr 8374 and 9180, 1.45 housing.

im not dyno tuner, but this could be from dynojet run starting so late? 4000rpm begins the dyno pull?
BlackE at SEMA 2012 I met with Brock from EFR BW and talked with Brian on the phone. Geof from fullrace also, asked the same question as you. All 3 said it works no problems
Yeah they told me the same thing but you know, old habits die hard. I always prefer to get real world results over what some large company wants you to believe.
these kits are "lazy" because they are single scroll kits... personally I wouldnt use SS turbos on road going evos, but that is just my opinion and depends on the usage...
Yeah I'm surprised they're this popular with such a a weak bottom end and still not putting down big numbers. Blacks spool faster and put down more than a single scroll 7163, while costing less to implement, don't know what the appeal of the EFR singles if stock frames can equal or best them. Really keen to see TS results, but Chad said they've been too busy to build any TS rbx kits. Hopefully some full race kits results are posted soon.

This response shows what's typical of people just looking at dynographs.
a 7163 is going to absolutely destroy a Black in transient response and general time-to-toque on the street.

I acknowledge dyno curves don't tell the whole story. There's a lot of content in this thread, is there any transient response data vs popular stock frame options? The boost curve is pretty bad though, it can't be making much torque with only 19psi by 4300rpm vs a bbx lite/full, fp green, red etc
Have you had a chance to dyno the E8/9 kit 7163, maybe you could kindly share it with us?
You know we are all eager to see it perform- perhaps you can overlay it with stock stock E8/9 or similar helpful baseline, since dyno readings are individual/specific.
