Exclamation Blown Transmission?

i have a buschur bushwhacker transmission in my evo and it started acting up today.
here are the symptoms

It does not want to go in reverse
when it does it slightly moves backwards

Its harder than usual to shift between gears and into a gear
i might have noticed some sound coming from the transmission while driving but not that noticeable of now

any comments/ suggestiosn would be appreciated.
i will try to get a video of it soon
thanks

Worn clutch? Sounds silly since it was rebuilt but maybe try changing fluid out?

thanks for the comments
i will try changing fluid with AMSOIL later this week.

as far as adjusting the clutch goes, wouldnt it be weired for my clutch to not disengage as much as it used to? i mean if it was not disengaging (due to wear) it makes sense but the opposite? what could have caused this?
