slipping problem BUT!not from clutch...

slipping problem BUT!not from clutch...

i have a slipping problem like if the clutch is slipping but is is not the clutch.We have allready checked the transfercase and the rear diff and everything look fine!the driveshafts and the axles are ok also!what do you think that is the problem?the car is a evo 8 with stock transmission,shep tranfercase and rs rear diff. and aprox.580 awhp!

Need more info... Is it doing it on a WOT pull or daily driving? What gears is it doing it in? What clutch do you have in it currently?

this is like a math equation...the answer is E. not enough info

... define the variable slippage in the equation.... are the rpms jumping and dropping.... or you talking about driving on ice

right... unless he is using the wrong terminology to define the issue... idk... not sure what checked the transfercase meant either?....visually?

Check your Axles .. I am a similar problem before , mine was a right rear
