Should I have more boost than 12 psi
well.. i think you should get a tune first.... no telling what this guy took out and i'm pretty sure he didn't flash a stock tune back..because he wouldn't care..
1) have you boost tested yet?
2) i'd look into having a shop tune it before you run into more problems.... also while your at it test compression just to make sure all is on the up n up... if car is stutering could be simple as changin plugs.. or could be knock from the tune

Ok so I drove it towork and it barely hesitated at all. I am gonna try the plugs and buy the stuff to do a boost leak test. I saw the wright up in the how to section but I am just gonna make a boost leak test tool out of plumbing pipe because I don't have steel or aluminum to work w
The stock Wastegate actuator actuates at around 12psi. Did you check to make sure your stock lines are connected properly so you aren't actuating the WGA all of the time? Is the BCS connected properly?
I checked the bcs it was hooked up correctly but no pills in the lines so I hooked up a mbc and was able to creat more boost but I am ordering the vacuum line from mitsu because that I the mbc from my eclipse
So I wanna put my mbc back on my GSX, I ordered the factory hoses which hose goes to which I am following the lable under the hood but I don't know if the internal pills are different
