I got mine from calling Carbonetics in socal directly. You could also search for their dealers and go that route.

this sounds like a great choice for what im after. If you can get 25k miles on it i'd be happy. And for someone who said 1300 does have flywheel in the first post it did say it came with a flywheel so its not priced thaaat bad. Thanks for the review. Any updates from any other owners?

Same! I'm particularly curious about people's experience in the 425-475TQ (green on E85) range.

Mine has almost 20k miles of daily driving and about 10 launches on it. I'm in the 400 ft/lbs range and this clutch never ceases to amaze me. So easy to drive. Crazy fast shifting. No lock out. I couldn't really ask for more. I think this clutch would be the ultimate clutch of choice for most of us on this forum if more people were using it and providing feedback. It seems a lot of people would just rather be followers and try a clutch that so many others have had some success with even if it had potential for a few drawbacks. I have yet to experience a single significant drawback with this clutch. The best mod I've done so far with regards to the overall driving experience.

I'm very interested in this clutch as well. The Carbonetic website lists the CT9A Blade clutch as having a ~500 ft-lb torque holding capacity. 4xforce mentioned that he was told that during testing at Carbonetic, it held 480 ft-lbs.

Ahhh, the internet.

Thanks for the pictures and the review. Now I know that the clutch I bought is a brazilian clone of Carbonetic. I was trying to figure out the way to install the reverse rod and the pictures helped me out so much.

And didn't Curt say Carbonetic was working on a higher torque capacity model?

^ I guess it depends on if you're gonna drag launch on it. I believe CB was asked to give feedback to Carbonetics about the clutch. I don't think he can directly influence anything about it though.

I think they will eventually release a HD disc or something like that. It seems like the logical next step.

I tried to see if I could find a dyno graph or numbers that CB was making on his FP Black setup but I didn't find anything. His comment about it slipping was on his Black setup and a 6200 rpm launch. If I had to guess that setup would have been well into the mid 500 ft/lbs and close to 600 whp(dyno dependent of course). He also claimed it held up well on many autocross launches. I will make it to the track in late October to put it to the test but I figure it will do great for my power level.

It seems like he is saying this clutch holds up to beating well. That can not be said about twins. once they slip there is no more hope. i wrecked a brand new twin with one high rpm launch. to much slip and my plates were warped. This is why i like this new option, the carbon is not going to worn out in 10 hard launches and even if i slip it to much on a launch i am not going to be warping plates.
