Curt,

Are you saying that your clutch is capable of holding when driving around at over 500 tq on buschur dyno? I know it's not a drag clutch, but it can handle over 500tq if street driven without launcheS? Thanks man

Question to those with this clutch. Did you install an aftermarket clutch pedal stop or clutch fork stop? I don't know if it needs it due to the push style tob.

The clutch held up great and grabbed hella hard tonight at the strip. My 60ft sucked on my best run of 11.9 at 117 spinning through 1st. My best 60ft was 1.74. The clutch has more than met my expectations.

So how many miles on the clutch now ? did the chatter issues ever come up on your car? If so did they resolve themselves with a few miles of DD ?

My stock clutch has 78K on it and is still doing OK, but I am thinking of getting this so it will be ready to go when the stocker dies.

Curt said he did not use a stop on this clutch ..did you ?

Thanks for your review and help :-)

I have the same clutch. I didn't use an aftermarket stop either. And I've had some chatter problems. Check my review thread for more info (don't wanna thread jack even further).

Just over 16k miles now and still going strong. I had some chatter issues after going to the track and launching it but the chatter was gone after a couple days/100 miles or so. Nothing that really worried me. No clutch stop here either. Just the push-pull conversion. I am super happy with this clutch. There really isn't any downside that would ever keep me from buying this clutch again. The longevity is still up in the air but when Curt says his disc looked almost new after some pretty serious abuse then I have pretty high hopes that this will be good for about 100k miles for me.

Thanks Rob? If that's you then I hope the new shop is working out well. I'll have to stop by and visit sometime soon.

I hope mine lasts half that . I have to slip the crap out of it sometimes when starting off up a hill. Thats where I find this clutch is at its worst. I guess its the corollary of being so lightweight.

Btw do you get a lot of deceleration noise? I can't figure out if my noise is coming from the clutch, transfercase or my rear diff. I'm betting transfer case but I'd like to narrow it down...

No decel noise at all. I agree with having to slip it going uphill. My driveway is a biotch of a steep grade but this clutch disc sounds like it's pretty durable. Much more so than an organic disc. I have noticed engagement being really soft though in cold (30-40 degree) weather. Not bad just a characteristic of the carbon disc I suppose.
