Seems to be what I am thinking as well. I have the dwell about where a 2G is (we did 1009whp/48psi on stock 2G once upon a time) stock. I am curious to see if I switched back to a beefier ignition if it would pick up more. Like I said budget isnt there with my racebike and quad season right around the corner.

Lots of data to process before I make a decision, its looking like a larger housing (since spool is same right now) and then the downpipe and get nutty.
oh ok.. im glad i said [or whoever makes them then]. well in a way you're doing him a favor by pushing his product to hp/tq limits its never seen before, so he should back you if you're willing to take that risk imo.

Greg has been beyond generous with parts, tech, and willingness to listen me rant about the weird tech bouncing thru my brain Him, Luke, and Jeff listen to some odd things from time to time

how much hp are you giving up in the midrange with the timing that low? Seems like going back to a 2.2 with full timing would probably make similar midrange but be better up top.

Ya I know my GSC I beams are lighter than the Manley I Beams but I can't remember what the GSC I Beams weigh, hold on I'll find out.... Ring, Ring, Ring, Aaron picks up the phone, "English Racing, this is Aaron how can I assist you?", "Hey Aaron it's Mikey, what is the weight on my GSC I Beams", Aaron answers.....................
