Do you think these problems could be avoided by driving to RnR and getting it installed there? I am deciding on a tuning company and RnR is fairly close to me so I could have them put it in to make sure everything was good.

Chris, you have to remove the dounut piece on the 02 so that it can slide over it if you are having problems getting it on there. I test fitted it before I left S.D. so that I knew it would fit no problem.

Actaully we are in the shop all day 5 days a week so it is pretty easy to get a hold of us.

Adam, I responded to your email as soon as I saw the pics. Also you aren't telling the whole story at all. You are trying to make us look like the bad guy and that defintely isn't true and I don't appreciate that at all.

First you order the 2.5" turbo back.

Then we had it ready to go an ship and you call or email and change it to a 3"TB. You end of receiving a 2.5" TB that we had already shipped.

You decided you didn't want 2.5" and wanted to go 3" so you send it back.

We give you free 3" SS TB option which is regularly $200 option for free.

If this is not going out of our way to make a customer happy then I don't know what is. We do everything we can and our loyal customers know that.

Also to futher the fact we are not beta testing anything.

We are the number downpipe, turbo back and exhaust seller for DSM's. We have sold more than 500 over the last couple years we ahve been in business. Very very few problems at all. I would say with DSM's it had been under 10 total in that time. We send out over 25 custom built RnR orders each week and we have very very few questions at all.

Do you really think we would be in business if we had bad customer relations? We are growing and getting bigger and bigger as time goes on. This would not be happening if our customers weren't happy and didn't keep ordering over and over.

Your flex looks fine to me, but we will take care of the problem like I said. We always fix any situation we have.

Just for the record so everyone knows. The metal dounut piece must be removed from the 02 housing so you can install the downpipe.

I had 3-4 people in the couple days that didn't know this and thought they had a bad flange when they didn't so I am just imforming you guys now. This is also the case with all the other downpipes on the market so you will now.

I wanted to clear a couple things up right now.

We have had to problems with EVO 8 customers not having proper fitment of parts.

Thats right 2. We have sold over 100 EVO parts built by us and we have had 2 problems with customers. We have resolved both those issues and in the best way we can. One of them is getting a free 3" SS Turbo back and free installation.

So I feel out of 2 bad experiences we shouldn't be judged to have bad products since that time we have fixed the jigs and also the situations. 2 out of 100 is bad at all. If you look at any of the companies building parts out there they all make mistakes. It just happens.

Thanks for the time and space. RnR is looking to break records this year with our EVO 8. Happy boosting.

Are you sure? 2 would only mean Degman and I. I am pretty sure there is more.

Ok,
Ryan is right, that I ordered the 2.5 first.
but that order was swaped to the 3 inch within 2 days.

but on the other hand, ryan is good on his willingness to make problems right.

and I am confident that he will make things right, for me aswell as everyone elses.

Actually Barry and Degman are the problems we had. There isn't more than that. So basically tow different situations is all it is that has caused all this.

You decided you didn't want your 02 TB so you sent it back. We in turn sold it to another EVO member and he installed it without any problems and reported back that everything went together good.

We are the number one seller as far as I know. We are right up there with any other company partly because of our 02 elim turbo backs that everyone uses these days.

I returned mine b/c it didnt fit (lets not confuse things here). Once you fixed it I am sure it was ok, but that doesn't change the fact that the original downpipe was a PROBLEM.

As I explained to you before, I compared it against Degman's DP and my flange had the same issues i.e. the holes were off and it wasn't cut straight.
