Mine was 126 / 130 /130 /130 on stock cams. But not sure if the tester was working great it was a Autozone rental.

My 10.5 compression 2.4 made 235 on all 4 with S2's in it. This was a snap on compression tester as well. Anything in the low 100's is worth investigating. I have had cars with 100 in all cylinders run great. Not a healthy motor but boost can make up for a lot. Even a stock 7.8:1 engine service limit is 130.

Is this with a warm engine? How many revolutions are you doing for the readings? But to answer your question yes a "bigger" camshaft will lower the compression readings. 150 seems low though.
