250 miles ran route 2 X2 I love this dif! feels just like the stocker untill I get to second gear on the boost corners when understeer trys to appear but then the fronts bite and the car tightens the radius back up... so faith and commitment will be required for these type of corners. (still going only 85-90%)

Just got off the phone with Quiafe. They said they are getting 15 calls a day for these for the evo. This is what they had to say. The first ones are made and are being tested as we speak. THe problem is that they said from the time the testing ends it take another 6 months before they will be released. So we have good and bad news!!. They said cost will be around 1100-1299. They also said to call back in February 2005 and they should have everything ready to go.

Just got off the phone with KAAZ and it looks like they already have them for our cars. They are 1.5 way lsd. Here is a chart showing what they got. Im waiting for a call back for availability.

FRONT = HELICAL/OPEN = DBM2060
CENTER = VISCOUS = DBM2070
REAR = MECHANICAL = DBM2031

A special blend oil made by KAAZ named "PowerTrain Gear Oil" can be used to keep your L.S.D. running for long hours under the best condition. The oil helps the clutch plates to grip and slip when needed.

That is off there website and all i can find is that it CAN be used. Nothing that says it must be used. But you might be right im not sure.

You could probably use any 80w90 weight gear oil with the friction modifiers for clutch type LSD's. I expect that the recommended fluid for the rear diff would be compatible.
