1 kg_f-m = 7.22 lb_f-ft
So all the kg_f-m values should be multiplied by 7.22 to be converted to ft-lbs.
Evo8RA, I dunno where you got such high values for the oil filler and drain bolts. Those bolts are threading into aluminum and will strip if you try tightening them that much!

Also, while all the torque values are given ranges, I'd revise the conversion based on Mark's calculations. I was lazy, I didn't work through the conversion, I simply used a factor I found on Google.
They Here
The diffs are in the country at Quaife USA. They need to check them in and we should have them in our hands on Tuesday or Wednesday. We will be shipping them out in the order in which we received the deposits. Probably about 10-15 a day. Locals can pick them up anytime after Wednesday. For those wanting installs, e-mail tony@roadraceengineering.com to get on the callendar.
More info to follow on Monday. Just a quick update.

Sweet!
Mike, I've been looking at the manual getting ready to do this install and have a question.
Once we have the passenger side axle and t-case cover off, do we need to take the driver's side axle and inner shaft off in order to remove the whole front diff assembly from the t-case? It looks like there's a snap ring on the inner shaft that will hold the front diff in place. From my experience, it takes quite a bit of force in order to get CV shafts w/ that snap ring out. I wouldn't want to damage any of the seals by wrestling that front diff assembly out.

Will your company be offering this seal set, or would you be able to produce a full listing of Mistu. Part Numbers so that we can proceed in prepping for this install?
Thank you,
jcnel.

OK, so now that I can see the transfer case diagram, I have a question. It looks like the VCU sits between the ring gear and the front diff. If so, how does it limit the center diff action if it's outside the center diff?
There are two o-rings that I would want to have available if I was doing the install. They are cheap and we'll be including them with _all_ the diffs.
There are two inner seals, that if a gorilla was gonna be all ham handed about a guy could kill them somehow. They are about $15 for the two, I'll be stocking up on them.
Then there are a few more seals that if a guy was all paranoid and wanted all the seals that a mechanic would touch or get near, gonna get some of those coming also.
Then I talked to one guy today that was gonna put his whole fully disassembeld t-case in the freezer to make it stronger so he needs absolutely every possible seal.
Lots of options, full part numbers and prices to follow. Will have diffs here Wednesday and they will start going out on Thursday. Got a little time to finger it all out. But since when was the internet ever patient? :-P
Then you all need to decide what oil to use :-) You will need maybe a quart of what ever you prefer in the tranny (we use BG Syncroshift original, not synthetic) and a quart of what ever the internet tells you to use in your transfer case. We like Redline Heavy Shockproof, you use what ever you feel like. The Quafe gets it's lube from what ever you have in the transmission, it has no special requirements for oil.
