So I snapped the two Manifold to exhaust housing bolts. I took the entire turbo assembly off the car and took it to a machine shop to have them drilled.

The guy pulled off the exhaust housing (just undid the clamp and removed the wastegate arm). Is there any secret to putting this back together once done? Or do I just hammer it down, clamp it and reattach the arm?

there is a set pin to line up with is hole.. then clamp it back together

One side has a small pin on the housing, the other side has a small hole, just line them up. Look at it and you should understand. Then re-tighten the clamp and your done. You really cant mess it up unless you try to hammer it on.

 

This is a regular 16g, but it show's the pin (small circle) that needs to be aligned with the small home in the turbine housing

 

Need good tools, but it is pretty self explanatory.
