Post up your modlist puhleeze! Has the car always behaved like it does now? Have you made any recent changes or mods? How are you controlling boost BTW?

The boost pressure reminds me of an old evo my X wife had. Her catylitic converter was all busted up inside and she was getting only 8psi of boost.

is it possible the stock boost solenoid crapped out? i was told mine wouldnt allow the tuner to go past 18. im not too fond of the tuner though so i could be mistaken..

Does it sound like it has an exhaust leak? I'm not really a fan of the cheaper aftermarket manifolds. They all tend to crack really bad, but you would need a bad crack for it to only boost 8psi.

I believe the stock solenoid number is MN153089 but you could always hook up a gm 3 port boost solenoid there's plenty of threads on here how to.
I just used a mbc but make sure you have a boost gauge if you don't already.

definitely make sure you have no leaks or clogged cat before jumping to any conclusions but an aftermarket boost controller won't hurt in the future

Didn't think DNP $650 was a cheap manifold. But the guy that is gonna tune it said to get a MBC before tune anyway. Ill haveto check the cat next
