Arrow hesistating at WOT

so, car bucks and hesistates at wot, as soon as it begins building boost. if I pull at part throttle things go more or less smooth, but as soon as I go WOT, it kinda misfires, bangs from exhaust and won't accelerate.

changed spark plugs to used but known good ones, also switched to COP setup and it helped a lot, but still does same thing at 14-16 psi

spark blowout/gap ? bad MAF ? boost leak ? tune? fuel starvation ? (have hardwired walbro).
which way to look for problem
