may have spoke too soon, higher rpm's still going straight lean. Have the full log if you'd like to see more.

So when I run the car fuel rail pressure is good, when rev'd it flucuates fine (fpr/ vacuum). But when the car is turned off the pressure gradually drops. Takes about 2 minutes slow consistant drop down to 20 psi.

Also I have the pumps hooked up to two seperate relays leaving the option to install a hobbs. Right now I jumped the relays one by one, one pump had a higher pitch to it, and the other had a lower tone to it. Not sure if that means much but could be a factor?

How high can you crank up your fpr? If you can crank it up to say 80-90 psi, then you can test fuel flow at pressures relevant to peak boost. Run a dump line from the regulator outlet to a container of known volume (e.g., 1 liter soda bottle), and while the car isn't running, jumper the pumps one at a time while measuring how long it takes to fill the bottle. Voltage will be a little low because the car isn't running, but it should clearly indicate if there is an issue with one pump or the other.

Okay so I cranked up the fpr to 95 psi and it got that high, then turned it down to 85 psi and turned the pumps on using evoscan. Disconnected one relay at a time, one pump did 85 psi, the other pump ~80-82psi. Pulled the pumps up replaced the hose sections from pump to housing and tightened them really good. Still same results.

So I'm thinking one pump's output isn't as good, or it is back feed through the other pump, explaining the quick psi bleed off when the car is shut off.

You need to watch pressure and fuel flow out the fpr. The pump that produced lower pressure probably isn't flowing.

I don't see AFR in the log, but I''ll take your word for it.
