P0132 Trouble Code: O2 #1 Circuit High Voltage

Hey guys

I'm getting my car ready to go in for it's SMOG check but I'm getting this code. I have the car completely stock with the exception of a walbro fuel pump, ATP stock location 35r, and HKS cams with a stock unflashed ECU. I have passed smog with no codes before with the same setup but with a stock turbo. Im wondering if my o2 sensor is bad or the bigger turbo has thrown the car/tune out of whack to where it triggers the code. Anybody have any info/advice? Thanks

Fred

That's the thing- I'm not sure if it's the tune or if the o2 sensor is bad
