Injector Stuck?
3 separate questions
1 -- If the CAS is unplugged - Will the injectors fire? Will the injectors fire?
2 -- If the injector is unplugged -- Will the injector fire?
3 -- If the CAS and Injector is unplugged -- Will the injector fire?

No no and no.
If you suspect that an injector is stuck open pull them out and run two leads from a 9v battery to the injector. The polarity doesnt matter. If you hear a clicking noise then they are at least not stuck. As far as flow is concerned that is a different story.
Take a look at this video to get a better idea. I wired in a switch when I tested/cleaned mine but you dont need to if you are just seeing if they are stuck.

How have you identified that its cylinder 3?
I dont think youll be able to hear it with it in the car. And honestly pulling the injectors is really simple so if it were me I would spend the extra 10 minutes to pull them out.

Hmm strange...how has the car been running? What injectors and have they only seen 93? As you are probably aware the fuel system is under pressure. When there is no current going into the injectors they are supposed to stay shut. I think you are right that cylinder 3 is stuck open and is releasing the pressure at the rail into the cylinder.
You can try to see if you can hear it click with it still in the car but its so easy to pull the injectors so if it were me I would take them out.

Surprised it wouldnt start. I could certainly see if running rough but other than that, quite strange...hopefully you have a dd. I'd pull the injectors and make sure they are all pulsing properly. If not or you just want to make sure they are in tip top shape reach out to FIC. I've dealt with them a couple of times and their customer service is fantastic so they will be happy to help you out.
It sounds like having these flow tested and cleaned to verify their operation would be a good next step. If you can send them in to us we'll be happy to help with that, just give us a call at (561) 427-0082 or email us at info@fuelinjectorclinic.com

It APPEARS -- at first glance after messing around with it that the injectors are fine and the CAS died. The Gasoline spraying up was due to a buildup of gas in the intake manifold when priming the pump.
This is not conclusive yet -- however so far its holding true. Threw the code for the CAS while idling.
