tranny/rear dif problem

I really don't know how to put this but everytime I try to power shift as soon as I shift gear I hear a really loud bang from the rear it doesn't do it when I shift normally just when I shift really fast on high RPM... not sure if it's the differential or axles or transfer case... can anybody help me diagnose this problem?? I have a ix MR if that info matter... thanks guys...

Put some poly bushings on that side diff support and save your self some funds later on . Thats the diff moving back an fourth from dumping the clutch .

It is normal. There are modifications that can be done to eliminate this noise but (someone correct me if I am wrong) they can add a lot of noise to your car when you are driving normally.
