So when im in 2nd gear and shift into 3rd, my windsheild nozzles spray fluid all over my windshield like a quick burst of fluid. Im pushing 400whp. has anyone else had this problem? i dont think its really a problem, i actually think its funny

 

that's weird because I am at the same power level as you but that only happens to me under very hard braking lol. Kind of the opposite as you. I never really looked into what causes it.

I know 1g dsm when you would launch really hard the wipers would come on

 

You might be in luck, read a thread about a similar issue where someone's car was missing inline check valves in the hoses that go to the sprayers on the hood, Part #MR388278.
I'm not sure if that's your fix, but it might lead you down the right path.
