ACD 4 error codes, next steps

So I bought an Evo and going in I knew the ACD was not working. The seller told me that he had his mechanic top off the fluid (or maybe bleed it, I can't remember) and then the 3 lights all came on.

I jumped the 1 and 4 pin and get 4 error codes:

51 longitudinal G sensor open or short circuit
56 Lateral G sensor system
65 ABS monitor system
82 Pump malfunction or sensor failure

Sources:

Trouble shooting:

1st

I followed these steps:

"Floor the accelerator and keep it there.

Turn on the ignition.

The pump should start after a few seconds.

If the pump is OK then you should be able to clearly hear that the pump is slowing down, and after between 3-6 secs it should stop."

I hear my pump coming on in the ON position and then it goes off after a few seconds like described.

Options to fix:

1) check for ABS sensors are bad/broken
2) check longitudinal/lateral sensors

Does anyone know there the longitudinal and lateral sensors are and how to text them?

3) Bleed the system
4) check/rebuild pump
If I can't find anything wrong then I guess I have to take off the pump and inspect it.

Notes: I can get 1 light to come on for a few minutes if I floor it when first starting and press the button. Once I drive it for a few minutes all 3 lights come back on. Does not seem to be temperature related, although it is hot here..but I have not had a time when it was cold to go against it.

Please let me know if my steps are correct, or if I a missing something.

If you have a scan tool its easy... With a multimeter i wouldnt know how... The are directly beneath the cup holder... If you have evo scan you might be able to log them... Unbolt them tilt it one way it should read max... Then other way... Do it slow and watch for a hiccup on the log...

Abs you can put a multimeter with min/max on thw two pins... They create ac voltage so connect the multimeter and turn the rotor(wheel off)watch the voltage. Peak should be 4.5 i think... Min should be -4.5 on an auto range or 0 on a old school dvom...

I could be wrong on the voltage

does your pump slow down, or run at constant RPM..??

to me it sounds like a failed pump...

First off I've never been in an EVO with ACD, so I figure it makes sense to see if this sound I hear is the pump.

Without flooring it or with flooring it I hear an electrical whine (constant RPM) for about 5 seconds, then nothing for 5 seconds, and then another 5 seconds.

It is coming from the passenger side wheel well, seems to be the right side but hard to feel anything. So is this whine the ACD pump at all? I can't figure out what else it could be, but before I dug into this I wanted to make sure the sound I was hearing was even the pump.

If I continue to turn off and then turn to the on position on the 4th or 5th time I won't hear the pump the first time....it takes 10-15 seconds to hear anything for about 5 seconds, then it goes off.

Still constant RPM. If I floor it for 5 seconds, go to the ON position I can switch modes to gravel, snow, or tarmac. It stays like that for about 30-60 seconds driving or a quarter mile and then it.

Hard to see any corrosion with the stock under tray still on it and Injen pipes. So I assume this noise is the pump?

from your symptoms I would make an educated guess that the pump failed..
The pump on your car is located in the engine bay, so you might try the throttle test with someone flooring the throttle and you can hear the pump better if you open the hood and listen more directly..

It should be in the front, behind the drivers side lamp.
