Double pumper setup

I'm running a 6an feed with stock return with no rewire and having issues with not enough fuel even on low boost and 93.
What are you guys running?

Got a gauge on it? What is the base pressure on idle and what does it show on boost? who built it? Did you drill the return syphon?

can you make this a little more English? you should not be having issues. are you sure the tune is correct or the injectors are clean? what size injectors?

More details!!! Single 255 on pump gas can go a long ways, two is like mundo power. Nothing about your setup is wrong so its either something clogging the lines, pumps not working, or tune issue.

New Injectors Fic 1450's.
I removed a drilled siphon that was in the car. TedB help me with the siphon on my first pump. I get more fuel with the stock siphon.
Turbo FP Black BB on SD
Map 2.3 -S3 cams

I can't think of anything that would be a issue.
I am tuning with Tscomp.

so you removed a stock drilled syphon and put a stock UN drilled syphon back in?
i do not understand how on the return side would hinder you not getting fuel.

your tuner is one of the best so we can rule that out. do you have any leaks?

what is your BASE pressure AT IDLE???? lets start with that.

what PSI does the HOBBS switch kick on the second pump? are you 100% sure the second pump is coming on? how do you know? explain how you tested it

The pressure should not change with the drilling of the return siphon. drilling the return siphon is done to help with the spike when the secondary pump kicks on. Did you replace the pressure regulator?

Simple test. Remove the hobb switch and wire it so both pumps are on at the same time. Check to see how your afr is this way.

Im having kinda the same issue, car is goin lean on WOT and seems to have too much pressure on the return side. Fuel pressure is fine on gauge, and second pump is def kicking on. Ever figure this out?
