Remove radiator?

Swapping out 8 turbo/manifold for 9 turbo, muse dump, CB ported manifold...seen DIY vids about removing radiator. Figured I can remove/install as one piece without radiator removal..any advice would be great. Thanks

Although you can do the install without removing the radiator, its also very easy to damage the fins or worse poke a hole in it. I would just remove it. Remove hoses, remove fan, unbolt radiator, done.

I agree with removing it. Messed up mine by not. Turbo slipped and punched a hole in the radiator, lesson learned I guess.

If you're worried about snapping studs I would spray some penetrating oil on there and swap the studs out once the manifold is off.
