The 2.4 is a little more difficult (Well, Time consuming) to build than a 2.0 or a 2.3

If you're tired of searching already, Why don't you do something a little more friendly like a 2.3 or an extremely friendly 2.0 (.20 over)

Any reason you're picking the 2.4 over the 2.3 or 2.0?

I recommend weisco's.

I have a few sets on the shelf @ home for your set-up, but they are 10.5:1 cr with a custom bowl.

What compression ratio are you targeting?

There is nothing difficult about building a 4g64 block vs a 4g63 block its identical as far as building goes. (pistons, rods, bearings, studs, etc)

The difference when assembling the actual car would be the waterpump spacer, the dipstick modification, timing belt cover. little things like that. not a big deal.

Also I sell pistons for 2.4's (any engine for that matter) also and will beat any price you're quoted. I have no overhead, so I can give super competitive prices.

a LR uses a stroker piston aka a piston with the wristpin moved up 6mm to accommodate the additional rod length.

The only difference is you need the bigger bore for the 4g64 block. aka 86.5mm+
