Okay case has been resolved. Please ship the turbo back to me in the condition it was sent. Once I receive it PayPal will refund you.

Thanks.

Update:

PayPal ruled in my favor. I've sent the turbo out yesterday by FedEx (Delayed in part because my car actually burnt an exhaust valve this past friday). Now we'll see if 05EV08 will really make it right by compensating me for return shipping costs... the very least he can do considering the time spent, frustration caused, and additional parts I ordered that I now have to deal with because of all this..

EDIT:
Since all of this has become public and so EvoM can be a witness:

FedEx Tracking: 772487304737

"The pot calling the kettle black" as we say back home. You claim it's the buyers responsibility to know what he/she is buying, so what happened when you were buying it from your seller? You clearly didn't buy it from FP, so in your own words, it was your responsibility to know what you were purchasing before reselling it. You want to pass blame but you need to really stand back for a second and look in the mirror my friend. IF you were indeed ignorant of the fact that it was a jb turbo from the get go then the fault started with you. At least he did some checking before fitting the turbo...you were completely oblivious or so you claim Maybe you should know what you purchased before you resell it before criticizing others for the same mistake.

After reading this thread, I am absolutely appalled by what I have witnessed. What he has posted and stating he bought from FP directly then pretty much being called out on it to then claiming he bought it from someone on EvoM then blaming the buyer that he should have known what he was buying. You were trying to sell it as a BB turbo why would the buyer assume any different if you were being "honest" how is this his fault it ended up being a JB?

then you pretty much threaten him by saying if anything is wrong with the turbo when it is shipped back to you there will be repercussions might I add that the turbo was used? of course it wont be perfect or are you going to state it was brand new now?

this thread scares me to bits about buying from people online.

Turbo received.

1. I told you to contact me and I would send you a shipping label. You didn't do that. Please send me a PM with a picture of the receipt.
2. I'm missing the oil line and the jpipe. Where are these? They were included in the box and they are not in there now.
3. Thank you for taping up the cold side of the turbo. I appreciate that.

Thanks

1. I'll PM you picture of the receipt after work today.
2. I completely forgot about oil lines in my rush to get the turbo out. I'll send that your way as well. J-pipe was never included so I don't know where you're getting that notion.
3. I thought it was only necessary as it wasn't shipped to me in a bag to keep all the packaging foam from getting into the turbo.

I'll post up tracking when I send out the lines.

Yeah ignore the Jpipe, I forgot I didn't send that. So we're all good then when I get the lines. I think PayPal will release the funds automatically if they haven't already.

Screen shot says it all buddy. New is new. Rebuilt after being originally built from a used core is not new. You are so bad you can't even see the lies anymore. That is called being a pathological liar. You should seek therapy.
