And if that is your boss I feel bad for him because you dragged him into it. Although it is probably just you trying to cover up your real identity.

What does "brand new" mean to you? Does two years old and rebuilt after being built from a used core that was at least 5yrs old at that point really mean "brand new" to you?

Wow I didn't get into this post originally because I thought it was a plain dumb question as it should be an easy question as to what the difference is. Well after reading all 11 pages of this thread it is easy to see what all the hub bub was about. I'm Glad the seller eventually got his refund in all this, my only regret is that it is more than easy for the crooked seller to resale this turbo to some other poor sucker under another screen name as god knows what is wrong with it to cause such a lying seller to sell a "brand new" turbo other than the stated needing more power which could very well be a total lie.

Buyer*, not seller. Seller issues the refund

And he hasn't yet, I'm sure we will hear about it when he does.

Have yet to see the refund.

Chris, the oil lines are on their way:
USPS: 23123170000015225691

Also, I sent you the receipt for the shipping cost of the turbo several days ago via PM.

At this point I'd consider that the least of your worries. Glad things seem to have been worked out

Learned a few lessons spending the past hour and a half reading this entire thread...but most important of all is that the EvoM community is full of respectable, stand up and fight for whats right type of people willing to take time out of their day to help a fellow Evolution owner with any/all problems they may encounter.

P.S. Its gotta sting when you talk down towards a reputable company and then your comments get posted (referring to txt msgs between buyer and seller) so that company can see and then help prove LIAR which well all know where they end up

P.S.S. First post after Member since Aug 07 lol, guess that makes me a slacker hehe
