LMAO. I hope he files something with IC3, and something comes of it simply on the principle of you being a scumbag about giving him a refund.

The funny part is, you're worried about getting screwed, when you have already screwed someone.

Like I said a million times. I have no problem refunding him. I just want the turbo back first and then I will close the case.

OR

Wait for the paypal case to end and when they tell him to ship the turbo back to me he can do that.

The choice is his.

Just send the money back. Close the ticket that is open with comments about him sending it back and have it verified and insured so you have a tracking number. If you don't receive it back you can reopen the ticket cause you as a seller are still covered under pay pay to receive the product that was wrong back. In the end fixing the problem because you now have to deal with the mistake that you made.

If you continue to have this case open with you using your company resources, you will find out that they will probably go after the company you work at and who knows what repercussions will come out of that. If it is just you handling the situation you need to fix that. It was a mistake, ok, not you as a seller need to have good faith to give the service that is deserved.

If it were even from FP or some other reputable company they would refund the money, have tracking and documentation saying that buyer would return said product for refund to be protected for the amount of the product.

I've been burned before doing that. I issued a refund and never received the products back. I can't do it. I am not covered. I'll call paypal and ask what to do.

Edit: called paypal they told me to just wait it out. I told them the story of what happen and they said they will add to the notes that I will be refunding the buyer and he will have to ship the turbo back. When the tracking shows delivered they will refund the money automatically.

If I were the buyer there would be no way in hell I'd be sending that turbo back to you before getting a refund.

You said you would give him a full refund, so make it right and do that so that he can stop dealing with this as well.
Honestly, THIS. You've proven yourself dishonest and until there's proof that shows otherwise, I will continue to believe so. The ball is in your court, refund the money + return shipping and I'll ship the turbo with tracking and full insurance back to you or Prime or wherever you want it.

You claimed you paid $3k for it, so if I were in your shoes and that claim is real, I'd redirect any anger towards whoever originally sold you it for that much.

DUDE ARE YOU SERIOUS? I've been a member on this forum since 2005. On top of that, this whole ordeal has now been made public, if I didn't ship it do you think it wouldn't get any attention? Refund the money + return shipping and I'll post the damn tracking number here so EVERYONE can see it. Good God. I've never dealt with someone like you. My jaw is literally hanging.

I'm sure you called PayPal. Just like you called FP to verify warranty was transferrable and that the turbo had the Xona CHRA.

In any case, that's fine. I've uploaded all my documents and screenshots, made references to this thread, and filed the formal complaint so my ducks are all in order. I'm also going to give my credit card company a call.

Also, this whole ordeal goes beyond this single transaction. I had already ordered a bb oil line, install kit, and an intake for this turbo. Now I'm left with having to return all those items because of this entire mess.

Just keep the turbo... I'll send you $600 right now.

LOL you expect me to pay full retail on a USED turbo with no warranty? I inquired about the warranty from the very beginning because it's important to me. I'm done with this thread. If I happen to see a refund and return fees, I'll do the right thing and send it back. Keep in mind, I gave you the benefit of the doubt when I originally purchased this turbo. You had 0 seller feedback (and you still don't have any). IC3 should be getting back to me within the next day or so for me to upload to PP.

This reaction is inconsistent with what I would expect from someone who really and truly is in your exact position. A lot of what you posted doesn't add up, and your catharsis was totally unbelievable. You should have gotten suspicious a lot earlier on in the conversation if you were telling the truth. I don't buy a word of this. What's more, I don't think that an attorney would believe a word of this either.

Oh the irony! The scumbag/thief/liar is worried about someone doing to him what he tried and failed to do to someone else. You're the most annoying and best kind of criminal. Most annoying because you think of pathetic scams and visit them on people who act on good faith. Best because you're too stupid not to get caught. I doubt I'm the only one who doesn't believe for a second that you didn't know exactly what you were doing and that there is no "other person". You're a disgusting, pathetic waste of a person and I see you failing at everything you attempt in life.

You were wise to file with IC3 and PayPal. It's unfortunate this happened to you especially during the holidays, but the guy has been caught in so many different lies..
'BB not Jb' despite many people clearly more knowledgeable than him saying otherwise

'contacting FP prior to sale' when he clearly did not.

Saying that he bought it directly from FP and then changing his story saying he bought it on the forums

Forcing FP to get involved by claiming they lied to him and sold him a product not as advertised.

Changing the FS thread to 'as is' after the sale to try and save his ***, the list goes on and on...

Worst of all his demeanour and attitude is absolutely horrible, instead of simply making it right he is doing nothing but causing more and more of a headache to all parties involved. Hopefully with this going to IC3 there will be real world consequences for him so that he can't simply create a new user name and do this all over again to someone else.

To 05Evo08, I understand that you simply work for XTR, but they are the ones that choose to employ you (a scheming cheat that attempts to steal from honest enthusiasts), AND they have a track record of awful customer service and shady behavior.
