I suspect there is a problem of valve float at such a degree that affects the V.E of the engine. I would also focus on the work done on the head.

Those kiggly springs are not having valve float issues. I don't think CBRE hurt the head..

Yes maybe they don't or maybe they do, the same goes for the head. If I take it as granted the fact that the kiggly springs are up to the task and the fact that everything else is as it should be, based on what I have read on this thread, then the only thing that I would put my focus on is the work done on the head.

No I can't say I am. Based on the nature of this thread and the way posts have been composed, a way that shouts that the built has been done with the best parts available I take into consideration the fact that the above said companies are also among those who are acknowledged as among the best. Since though I have not heard nor had any sort of personal experience of their products I have my doubts about what they can or can't do.

Let's hope that the owner and tuner sort the issue/s soon and make some descent power on this setup as it is well worth it, and a real shame not too.

Kiggly and Curt are among the best. Which is why I doubt those two parts are the problem.

Update: Swapped out unknown brand FMIC to a known 4" FMIC that is on a 700hp car and there was no difference in power. Anyone have any other suggestions?

The turbo is fine-it was one of the last MHI housings FP offered. This has been an ongoing problem for almost two years. I believe he has decided to part out the car.
