Did you check your camshaft position sensor wiring? The IC to TB pipe runs right by them (intake and exhaust cams each have one on an Evo9). Since one of your errors is camshaft sensor related and your car isn't starting, could be that the ECU doesn't know where the cam is and is not firing the spark plugs. I believe the Evo won't run without good cam sensors (in addition to the crank angle sensor, which runs down the opposite side of the engine). Otherwise check all harnesses in the vicinity and make sure you didn't accidentally cut/nick any wires.

If there is no boost leak, the Intercooler and piping did not cause your problem. The codes you are throwing are most likely related to the camshaft position sensor aka cam angle sensor. Check the wiring and sensor. Someone mentioned that it runs right by the upper intercooler on the exhaust side of the head. I bet that got banged up somehow and is causing all of this.

If you want, I can swing by your house as I live in Boynton Beach and can take a look/swap out with the one in my car to see if that fixes it. Good luck.

Man that would be great. If you're free today, I'm off all day.

BTW, your car runs really strong for few bolt-ons on 93. I can't wait for you to tune my car this wknd. My cousin might also get a tune by you once he comes down here from Jax.

No problem. Just make sure your wideband is all hooked up.

haha, no worries - I was just messing with you

Was it just the wiring (loose connector?), or did the sensor go bad?

Thanks!

S.

It was strange because I don't remember hitting it with anything. Oh well, I'm just glad the car is running again.
