Evo 6 boost help needed

hi guys.hope ur all well.

i am fairly new to the evo scene and this is the first turbo car i have owned. i have a evo 6 and i only seem to be getting just under 13psi.
the car has a decat pipe.decat back exhaust. greddy profec b boost controller and hks air filter.
does 13psi sound right or do you think i have a problem/possible boost leak issue?

any help would be much appreciated.

thanks

If the boost controller isn't set to anything but wastegate pressure, that sounds a bit on the low side but could be right. It never hurts to do a leak test anyway.

I have tried a variety of settings but that's the highest I seem to be getting.could it be a faulty actuator or something I've read is the boat pipe pill being on wrong side or something but don't know where I'm looking for it

You could have it plumbed backwards, but do the boost test first anyway.

It should be between the actuator and the solenoid, you'll feel it in in the vac line. Others correct if I'm wrong.
