If the cost is the same, I go with VP Q16.
Your car needs more fuel with C85 thats mean you spend more gas for race.
I dont know the octane for C85 becaiuse VP fuels says 90. I prefer Q16.

I ran a mix of E85 and Q16 on my galant VR4, It made great numbers about 680whp on 35psi. I would say you will get the same performance on the blend. If it was my car I would run the C16/Q16 because blending your own fuel is just a headache.
But if you like the clean burning fuel and no lead to eat up those sensors then go C85.
On my evo I found I made more power on E85. I think I never ran lean enough of the Q16. But for us in the USA it is super cheap to run E85 all the time.
