Or.... This is a bit hillbilly but you could saw off the remains of the stud. Drill a hole through the center and tap it if there is enough metal there. Then use a bolt to install the bearing bracket. Fix it OE when you have money.

This is how I would do it as long as OE right now is out of the equation.

I decided to cut an access panel to the top of the stud. The cut the head off the stud and remove the bolt. Just gonna get a new nut and bolt and tack weld the bolt to the car like it was from the factory. Access panel is sealed from the rear so there is no chance of water entering and the access panel is visible being it's under the carpet and on the inside of the driverside seat. Problem solved.

I would tack weld the "access panel" back in place and seal it with silicone...

Access panel is sealed from the back so there's not really any chance of moisture getting in there anyways. But I do have some sheets of carbon fiber but I planned on silicone and Sealing to cover the hole anyways. Because you know race car. And as far as the interior goes the car is completely stripped right now anyways you can't even access that location without pulling the carpet and seats to begin with

Actually it wasn't. After I cut the access panel dropped a bolt in there and have it tack welded into place. Been two years now and haven't had a single issue with it. Took about an hours worth of time to fix it. Turned out to be a lot easier than originally imagined.
