Was the vehicle that you selected in VD an MR? Gear ratios in the MR are shorter, so it will increase power if VD thinks you're driving a GSR. Those numbers simply do not add up for the injector/pump combo.

I do have an MR and had the MR selected in VD. These numbers match what tscomp was seeing on his end as well.

Did he have an explanation? You would probably be the world's first person to reach 500whp on a 255, those injectors, and e85.

No he didn't. When I was deciding on my setup I explained to him I was looking for and this was the suggested setup.

You must have a very rare 255, even if its modded to jam the fuel pressure relief. I have a 2.1 fully built. With a DBB Green, it made 482 on a Dynojet on C16 before it was fuel limited. E85 takes 30% by volume more than a car on C16. That means, for most cars, a 255 on E85 will start to run out of fuel (go lean) at well under 450 on a Dynojet... Part of your calculations needs to include your boost pressure expectations. If you are planning to run base fuel pressure plus 30-35 lbs, you are going to reach the area of the fuel pump curve where it starts to drop off because of the pressure load. That means you need to look at bigger pump options, or lower boost...
